Woodman SR.

Here is the original woodman that I designed and manufactured in London in my free time. It works great as a paper organizer on my desk with small paper in the legs large in the arms...

Clever Cleaver

I machined this knife from a vintage saw and re-purposed walnut. The quality of the steel which was originally meant to cut through wood ensures it holds its sharpness much longer then your average kitchen knife...

New Planet Granite Logo

Here's a look sheet at my submissions for the Planet Granite logo contest. It was a bit tough coming up with a yoga fitness granite related symbolic representation but in the end I think I got three strong designs. My scanner when out of commission so I could get my hand drawn comps online but I will update when its back on. Winner receives a year membership! Wish me luck!

Stove Hen - Tea Kettle

So here is a final concept for an ergonomic energy saving stove top tea kettle called "Stove Hen". Inspired by the correlation between chicken roosting and a tea kettle on the stove. The handle will be pleasant on the wrist of any age and pouring will be effortless with the location of the spout. With the base getting more of the direct heat like a chicken in a nest of fire the unit will heat up more efficiently. The easy access filling hole is secured by light magnets.

Happy Envelope - Laptop Sleeve

This was inspired by a friend of mine, Seth Quest. He has a laptop sleeve that's made out of like wool or something no top and simply stitched on the seems and I thought it looked cool so I designed a sleeve with a similar template in mind. I added the cover for protection, card slips for convenience, and a strip of leather on the bottom to imply a handle. It also has a lanyard ring for usb devices or whatever. I think it really came alive.

Ergonomic Razor

This razor is inspired by the most optimal position for wrist comfort, similar to how one would hold a saw or gun except the forefinger goes in its own grove and guides the precision shave. It's really comfortable - try it!

Abstract Representation of Wood Grain

These are an homage to wood grain. I've always loved the idea of it telling age or in a strange way time. There going to be lasered on journals for x-mas...

Product Design: Bike Light

The idea behind this bike light is one part optical flow, one part DIY, and affordable safety. So the light has three high output 3 watt LED bulbs - 1 blue 2 white, for contrast. The pattern exploits the optical flow and recalls police in on coming traffic to raise visibility. The DIY part points to the customizable attachment method. By making the user accountable it empowers and encourages the user to incorporate the light into the routine. By eliminating the attachment part of the light the unit can now be manufactured at the lowest price point making safety more available to the masses.
